What is the Domain Protected Mark List (DPML)?

Part 4: How to Protect my Brand from Cybersquatting?

The Domain Protected Mark List (DPML) allows for Trademark Holders to block their trademarks from being registered with all the new gTLDs provided by Donuts and/or Right Side (over 300 domains). In order to be eligible for this service, your Trademark must be registered with the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH). Once included in the Domain Protected Mark List, your trademark will be protected for an initial period of 5 years.
