How do I configure my domain name?

When you fill up the domain registration order form, you will be asked to provide DNS servers. If you don’t have a Hosting provider, please select Nominus.com’ s DNS server (they will be selected by default.)

By using Nominus.com’ s DNS servers, you will be able to set up:

  • Free Email services & Web Presence: 3 email accounts and a website builder, with 120 MB of storage capacity and 100 MB of traffic per month.
  • Free Email forwarding: create email accounts and point them to your usual email address.
  • Free URL forwarding: point your new domain to the website you wish.
  • Free DNS record management (A, MX, CNAME).

In case you need to increase your storage or traffic limits, you can also purchase a hosting plan with us. In this case you will be able to upload websites and set up more e-mail accounts with higher storage and traffic capacity.

Nominus offers Linux and Windows hosting packages to meet all your domains needs. Check our Hosting Plans for more information.

In case you do have an external Hosting provider, you can specify their DNS servers when filling up the domain registration order form, or you can update DNS servers after the domain is registered.
