If you have enabled the auto-renewal setting, then you should not worry about this, the domain will be automatically renewed.
If you do not have enabled auto-renewal, then 90 days before expiration a link for renewal will appear next to the domain in you admin panel. We will also send periodical emails alerting you about the expiration.
