In order to register a .INT domain, the domain owner must meet the following requirements:
• The owner must be an intergovernmental organization.
• The owner must provide an international treaty between States . It should be able to be searched in the United Nations treaty database, or a certified copy of the treaty should be sent. Please be sure to send a copy of the treaty, not the constitution or internal rules of the organization.
• The owner must have independent international legal personality, and must be subject and administered by international law. If the organization was created by a secretariat, it must have legal personality.
• Each owner can only register one domain. If you do not meet these requirements, you can register a .INTERNATIONAL domain instead, which has no registration requirement.
Notes:
• The .INT extension is used to register organizations created through international treaties between States.
• The Treaty used to support the .INT domain registration application, must decree the creation of the organization. The organization must be created by the treaty, not by a council decision or similar instance.
