What are the requirements for registering a .ltda domain?

In order to register a .LTDA domain, the domain owner must be company registered as a “Sociedad/empresa/compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada”. By registering a .LTDA name, I certify that:

• In case I collect and maintain sensitive health and/financial information data, I will implement reasonable and appropriate security measures commensurate with the offerings of those services, as defined by applicable law.

• I have any necessary authorizations, charters, licenses and/or other related credentials for participating in the sector, and that I will report any material changes to the validity of the Registrant’s authorizations, charters, licenses and/or other related credentials.

• Once the domain name has been registered, I will inform support@nominus.com  on the country where the company was founded, the name of the corporate regulator and the registration number of the company. If at any time during the term of registration of a Registered Name a Registrant shall no longer meet the requirements, Domain Authorities reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration.
