In order to register a .GM domain, the domain owner must meet one or more of the following requirements:
- If the owner is company, must provide a valid business registration connected to The Gambia. Also, the owner must have a Trademark that matches the domain name; or
- If the owner is natural person, must provide documentation supporting your interest.
Notes:
- The .GM domains are registered by calendar year; therefore the expiration/renewal date will always be on 31 of December every year, independent of the registration date.
- It is prohibited by the NIC Gambia to have inactive or parked domains. The websites must be working, showing information linked to The Gambia
