What are the requirements for registering a .CA domain?

In order to register a .CA domain, the domain owner must meet one or more of the following requirements:

- The owner must be Canadian or resident in Canada (natural person or company); or
- The owner must have a trademark in Canada (*).

If you do not have a trademark registered in Canada, our attorneys can request a trademark on behalf of you. You can begin the process, by clicking on the following link Register Trademark in Canada.

(*)Note:
Only after the trademark is registered, we will be able to register your .ca domain.
