If the auto-renewal option for your domain is “ON!”, then you have the auto-renewal service for your domains activated but we have been unable to charge you for the renewal service.
This could be due to the fact that your card has expired or because an issue with your bank has prevented payment from being processed.
If this is the case please update the credit card information provided or proceed with the renewal manually, from your Nominus.com account.
NOTE: Please consider that it is the domain owner’s sole responsibility to maintain the payment information updated, so as to ensure that the domains pending payment do not expire.
